Don't neglect your website. You may have put it up a few years ago or even a few months ago, but take a fresh look. In today's market, your website is often the first place a prospective customer goes to check out your business. Make sure the copy is written well and grammatically correct and that the graphics are attractive and inviting (pink and lime green are out). Most important, make sure the content is changed often and presents interesting information to your customer.
